O Young MD Laser & Medical Aesthetics is a physician-led regenerative aesthetics clinic and medical spa that blends skin science and wellness. Led by Dr. Ode, the clinic includes a team of licensed aestheticians, nurses, and massage therapists.
Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country along the Guadalupe River, our beautiful facility cultivates a sense of relaxation, safety, and restoration from the moment you arrive.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a self-motivated, licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare and wellness and genuinely enjoys helping people feel confident in their own skin. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized care in a welcoming environment.
The Aesthetician provides personalized skincare and aesthetic services while creating a warm, professional, and elevated patient experience.
This is a client-facing role for someone who combines strong skincare knowledge with excellent bedside manner and thoughtful communication. You should be comfortable educating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a physician-led team, and taking ownership of your role while continuing to grow your knowledge, skills, and clientele.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Perform facials, skincare treatments, and other services within your scope of practice.
Assess patients’ skin, concerns, goals, and treatment history to provide personalized recommendations.
Educate patients on treatments, home care, and professional skincare products.
Build genuine relationships with patients and contribute to the growth of your clientele and the practice.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment.
Contribute to shared office responsibilities, including facility upkeep, inventory, ordering, and maintaining supplies.
Take ownership of your role, look beyond your individual responsibilities, and actively support the team and day-to-day needs of the practice.
Stay current in the field through continued education, research, and awareness of emerging treatments, technologies, products, and industry trends.
Bring forward ideas for new services, products, techniques, and opportunities that could enhance patient care and help O Young MD continue to grow and innovate.
Recognize when a patient should be referred to Dr. Ode or another team member.
Communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with patients, colleagues, and external partners while contributing to a positive, supportive work environment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
Current Texas Aesthetician or Cosmetology License, or appropriate Texas licensure for services performed.
Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant patient confidentiality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete a background check, as needed by the practice.
Preferred
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or professional skincare setting.
An established clientele or demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting patient relationships and a loyal client base.
Strong knowledge of skincare and professional treatments.
Laser Hair Removal certification or relevant laser training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continued education and professional development.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read patient cues, communicate thoughtfully, and adjust to individual comfort levels.
Initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve patient care and contribute to practice growth.

The Massage Therapist provides personalized massage therapy while creating a calm, professional, and elevated patient experience.
This is a client-facing role for someone who combines strong massage therapy knowledge with excellent communication, professionalism, and genuine care for people. You should be comfortable assessing each patient’s needs, tailoring treatments to individual goals and comfort levels, maintaining professional boundaries, and collaborating with a physician-led team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide professional massage therapy services within your scope of licensure, training, and O Young MD protocols.
Conduct thorough intakes and customize treatments based on each patient’s goals, preferences, and needs.
Prioritize patient safety and comfort, recognizing contraindications and appropriately modifying, postponing, or referring treatment when necessary.
Communicate with patients throughout treatment and provide appropriate aftercare guidance within your scope of practice.
Build genuine relationships with patients and contribute to the growth of your clientele and the practice.
Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and relaxing treatment environment, including preparing and resetting the room between appointments.
Contribute to shared office responsibilities, including maintaining linens, supplies, and treatment products.
Take ownership of your role and actively support the team and day-to-day needs of the practice.
Stay current in massage therapy practices and industry developments through continued education and professional development.
Communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with patients, colleagues, and external partners, including sharing relevant patient observations or concerns with the Medical Director and recognizing when another provider or service may be appropriate.
Bring forward ideas that could enhance patient care and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of O Young MD.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
Current Texas Massage Therapist License.
Graduate of an approved massage therapy program.
Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, contraindications, and safe treatment practices.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete a background check, as needed by the practice.

Experience in a medical spa, wellness, healthcare, or luxury spa environment.
An established clientele or demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting patient relationships and a loyal client base.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read patient cues, communicate thoughtfully, and adjust to individual comfort levels.
